The structures and relative stereochemistries of walleminol (1) ~d walleminone (2), novel cis-fused iso-caryophyllenes from the toxigenic fungus, Wallemia sebi, have been established by detailed high-field 1D and 2D NMR and Xray crystallographic studies.
