The method for calculating the phase composition of coexisting phases in thermodynamic equilibrium of the Fe-X-Y-Z-C system corresponding to the low alloy steels was prepared, based on the thermodynamic model of Hillert. The particular calculations were made for the Fe-Mn-Cr-Si-C system and compared with experimental results.
