A (6-6) bonded fulleroid C6o(NH(CHCOOCH3) 2) has been deposited on a GeS(001) crystal by molecular beam expitaxy (MBE). XPS and LEED experiments suggest that the molecules are close packed in a (11 l) plane with the tail pointing to the vacuum. The local density of states of the film has been invest

In this paper, we carry out the calculation on the system (XOCm)(X=Li, Na, K, Rb, Cs; F, C1, Br, I), where the position of X changes along 5 typical symmetry directions. For the calculation of quantum chemistry we use EHMO/ASED method, for the calculation of molecular mechanics we uee Buckingham pot

The general structural characters of carbon bucky-cages are studied in this paper using the principle of structural chemistry and geometry. It is shown that the carbon bucky-cages are made of 12 pentagon and some hexagon carbon-networks, and that the number of heptagon carbon-networks must be zero.

1. Research was carried out on the suitability of honey bees, bumble bees and flies for pollinating cabbage crops. 2. For pair crosses and selfing mostly flies give the best results. 3. For pollinating larger groups of plants honey bees are most suitable.
