β¦ Synopsis
The pyrimido-pyrazines for which the name " pteridine" was suggested by Wieland (Schopf et al., '41) are of very widespread occurrence in nature. Simpler derivatives such as leucopterin, xanthopterin, and isoxanthopterin a r e found in butterflies (Purrmann, '45), certain insects (Schopf and Becker, '36), in human urine (Iioschara, '36), and probably in bacteria (Crowe and Walker, '44). ## Abstract Eight novel derivatives of MAG~3~, containing in their structure two instead of three amide functions, have been synthesized and evaluated. The synthesized ligands were labelled with ^99m^Tc by exchange labelling at 100Β°C and/or by a direct labelling method at room temperature. After la
