Abstract
The study of a set of 3‐benzylidene‐4‐chromanones, 3‐benzyl‐4‐chromanones, 3‐benzyl‐3‐hydroxy‐4‐chromanones and 3‐benzylchromones (homoisoflavonoids) by ^13^C NMR spectroscopy shows the influence of the structure of these molecules on the chemical shifts of the more characteristic carbon atoms at positions 2, 3 and 4.

## Abstract ^13^C NMR chemical shifts and ^13^C–^19^F and ^13^C–^1^H coupling constants are reported for 103 halocarbons. Methods used for analyzing complex spectra (e.g. simultaneous ^1^H and ^19^F broadband decoupling, 2D INADEQUATE/FRED, HMQC, 35,37Cl isotope effects) are briefly illustrated. Lo
## Abstract The ^13^C‐NMR spectra of four cyclopeptide alkaloids, namely zizyphine‐A (**2**), amphibine‐D (**3**), amphibine‐E (**4**), and zizyphine‐D (**5**), have been studied. Conclusions have been drawn concerning the conjugation in the alkoxystyrylamine unit present in these compounds.
## Abstract The ^13^C NMR spectral data of 18 eudesmane derivatives, mainly acids and esters of natural and synthetic origin, are reported, and the γ‐effect of the epoxide ring in two diastereoisomeric epoxy esters is discussed.
