Ellipsometric investigations of self-assembled monolayers (SAMs) of alkylsiloxanes on native silicon substrates and of organothiols on gold substrates were performed under in situ conditions with the substrate in direct contact with the adsorbate solution. We have measured the Kapitza resistance at the liq$d-solid interface in sHe for temperature between 50 mK and 200 mK. We found a T3 behaviour (RKT = 0.03 cm2WW). The low value IS m good agreement with theoretical predictions.
