Measurements of the UV absorption cross
✍ A.A. Jemi-Alade; P.D. Lightfoot; R. Lesclaux πŸ“‚ Article πŸ“… 1991 πŸ› Elsevier Science 🌐 English βš– 525 KB

The absolute UV absorption cross sections of CF3CC1202, CFJCHF02, CFC12CH202, and CFZCICH20, have been measured in the gas phase at 298 K in the range 200-290 nm using the flash-photolysis technique. CF,COCl has been identified as a product in the system involving the self-reaction of CF$C1202.

Absolute rates of the collisional quench
✍ I.S. Fletcher; D. Husain πŸ“‚ Article πŸ“… 1976 πŸ› Elsevier Science 🌐 English βš– 287 KB

The first absolute rate measurerr, ents for the collisional quenching of the electronically excited oxygen atom, O(2 ' D2 1, by the atmospherically important fluorocarbons, CF2C12 and CFC13, are reported. O(2 ' D2) was generated by the repetitive pulsed irradiation of 03 in the Hartley-band continuum
