We report on the observation of quasi-phase matched collinear second harmonic generation (SHG) at 20 wavelengths in a two-dimensional nonlinear photonic quasi-crystal with decagonal lattice. We show that at some wavelengths the second harmonics are generated via standard quasi-phase matching, namely

We report the experimental investigation of nonlinear cascaded lasing Ο^(3)^ β Ο^(2)^ effects in UV and visible ranges and high-order Stokes and anti-Stokes generation covering spectral space of about 18000 cm^-1^ by stimulated Raman scattering and multi-wave mixing processes under one-micron picose
We present new manifestations of Ο (3) -lasing observed under one-micron picosecond pumping in calcite (CaCO 3), one of the oldest optical and nonlinear-laser crystals. Among the Ο (3) -phenomena are 19 Stokes and anti-Stokes wavelength comb generation of more than two octaves (from 0.3734 ΞΌm to 1.6
