โฆ Synopsis
In this issue we report on the two new and definitely worth exploiting software packages. The first one, DataEngine, comes from the MIT (Management Intelligenter Technologien GmbH) and is aimed at realizing fuzzy data analysis. The second one, thoroughly reviewed by N. Pizzi, is an useful addition to the MATHEMATICA, the well-known environment supporting symbolic computation. Interestingly, fuzzy toolboxes tend to constitute a visible category of software competing with the stand-alone software devoted exclusively to fuzzy processing. Additionally, the section provides some updates on existing tools (LFLC and NEFCLASS) and includes a brief information on some other software products.
