โฆ Synopsis
In the Khattris of Lucknow the frequency of tasters and the mean sensitivity value of tasters is slightly higher in females than in males, but this difference is not statistically significant. No statistical significant differences between the Khattris of Lucknow and other populations of Rajput origin could be found. So it may be concluded that Khattris can be regarded as being of Rajput origin.
