Ces monomrres onte 6t6 polymrrisrs et copolymrrisrs avec de l'acrylamide et du mrthacrylamide. Des copolymrres qui contenaient du chol&alcifrrol ont 6t6 soumis fi des 6preuves in vivo et il a 6t6 montr6 qu'ils emp6chaient un effet de drgagement. Nranmoins, leur activit6 pharmacologique est plus rrduite que celle du mrdicament en &at libre.
