✦ Synopsis

Our direct fluorination technology has been recently expanded such that we can prepare sulfur-organofluorine compounds in high yield with extraordinarily interesting new structures. Recently we have published three manuscripts [l-3] on the subject which includes interesting molecules such as: CF c 13 Subsequently we have found that this is an extremely versatile method for preparing new pentafluorosulfur compounds and have recently prepared the following structures: F F This is an ongoing research project of Todd Mlsna in our research group and by the time the meeting takes place we shall have even more exciting results to report.
