Abstract

A method is described for the tritium labelling of angiotensin II in two different positions. /Tyr‐^3^H/^4^‐angiotensin II and /Phe‐^3^H/^8^‐angiotensin II of high specific radioactivity have been prepared starting from Dbt^4^‐angiotensin II and Cpa^8^‐angiotensin II, respectively.
