## Abstract A method is described for the tritium labelling of angiotensin II in two different positions. /Tyrโ€^3^H/^4^โ€angiotensin II and /Pheโ€^3^H/^8^โ€angiotensin II of high specific radioactivity have been prepared starting from Dbt^4^โ€angiotensin II and Cpa^8^โ€angiotensin II, respectively.
