Abstract
[O‐^14^CH~3~] Sinapic acid was synthesized with a specific activity of 54 mCi/mmol. Radiolabelled was carried out on methyl‐3‐(4‐benzyloxy 3‐hydroxy 5‐methoxy phenyl) 2‐propenoate with high yield, the deprotection of phenolic function and acid function are quantitative.
