✦ Synopsis

A mild synthesis of 6,7-dihydrothiazolo[3,2-b]-1,2,4-thiadiazine 1,1-dioxides involving a thiazolinic diazadiene and sulfonyl chlorides is reported. Full characterisation of these novel cyclic sulfonamides is described.
