โฆ Synopsis
A branched glycopeptide derivative incorporating two p-mannose 6-phosphate residues was prepared by coupling 6-aminohexyl 6-0-[bis(2,2,2-trichloroethoxy)phosphinyl]-a-o-mannopyranoside with N-acetyl-L-tyrosyl-L-aspart-oyldi-r_alanine followed by reductive deprotection of the phosphate group.
