L'acide chloracttyl-D-a-aminoadipique est hydrolysC pendant 2 heures par de l'acide chlorhydrique 2 N a reflux. A p r b concentration, l'acide D-a-aminoadipique est purifik par Clectrophorbe prtparative sur papier. 40 -PURIFICATION Les isomeres optiques obtenus sont finalement pass& sur une colonne de rtsine Amberlite CG 120, forme chlorure (120 x 10mm). L'tlution, realisCe par un gradient de concentration croissante en acide chlorhydrique, permet d'obtenir des acides amints marquts ne donnant qu'une seule tache radio-active par autoradiographie d'un chromatogramme bidimensionnel sur papier dans les solvants : n.butanol/acide acttiqueleau (4 : 1 : 5 ; v/v) et phenol aqueux B 10 p. 100/eau (1 : 1; v/v).
