Abstract

The synthesis of radiolabelled trichodiene with ^14^C at the olefinic methyl (C‐16) is described. The isotope was introduced using a ^14^C‐Wittig reagent prepared in situ from triphenyl phosphine and ^14^C‐methyliodide.
