The X-ray structural analyses reveal that the title complex contains the Mn(saloph) [saloph = N,N%-O-phenylenebis(salicylideneaminato)] moieties bridged by single acetato groups in an anti -anti configuration to form linear polymer chains. Variable temperature magnetic susceptibility measurements (4
