## Abstract The fluorescent amphiphilic block copolymer methoxy poly(ethylene glycol) (mPEG)‐__b__‐poly(ethyl cyanoacrylate) (PECA)–2‐(__N__‐carbazolyl) ethyl methacrylate (CzEMA) was synthesized via living oxyanion‐initiated polymerization. mPEG‐__b__‐PECA–CzEMA was characterized by gel permeation
