## Abstract The synthesis of styrene monomers 5(G‐1,2,3) with Fréchet‐type dendrons of the first, second and third generation, and their radically initiated polymerization to result in high molecular weight dendrimers 6(G‐1,2,3) are reported. First light‐scattering investigations using 6(G‐2) show

## Abstract A series of poly(vinylcarbazole‐__ran__‐styrene) copolymers with terminal hydroxyl groups were synthesized using nitroxide mediated polymerization (NMP) with the hydroxyl‐functional initiator VA‐086 and TEMPO as the mediator at 130 °C. Polymerizations were studied as a function of vinyl

## Abstract Cyclopentyl‐ and cyclohexyl‐substituted polysiloxanes terminated with amino groups were prepared. Initially, the cycloalkene and dichlorosilane were reacted at high pressure (approx. 250 psi) and high temperature (120 °C) to yield the cycloaliphatic dichlorosilane in a two‐step process.
