## Abstract The interaction of water‐soluble and crosslinked polyacrylic acid (PAA) with a medicinal compound (MC) of 2,5‐dimethyl‐4‐benzoyl‐oxypiperidine succinate was investigated. By methods of potentiometry, viscosimetry, and equilibrium swelling it was confirmed that the interaction of linear
