β¦ Synopsis
In order to examine the structureactivity relationship between the platinum complexes having a bidentate ligand as non-leaving group dichloro 2aminomethylpiperidine Pt(II), PtCla(2ampip) dichloro 3-aminomethylpiperidine Pt(II), PtCla-(3ampip), and dichloro 2aminomethylpyridine Pt(II), PtClz(2-ampy), were synthesized and tested against Leukemia L-1210 in CDFr mice. Structure of the complex of Pt(I1) with 3ampip is discussed on the basis of the data of "C nmr spectrum.
