In the title molecule, C 19 H 17 NO, the dihedral angle between the naphthyl fused-ring system and the phenyl ring is 17.4 (1) . In the absence of hydrogen-bonding interactions andstacking interactions, the crystal structure is stabilized by van der Waals interactions.
In the title compound, C~21~H~21~NOS, the oxazine ring is not planar and displays a half-chair conformation. The phenyl and naphthalene ring systems make a dihedral angle of 78.65β (7)Β°.
In the title compound, C 24 H 17 Cl 2 NO, the oxazine ring is distorted and adopts an envelope conformation. The dihedral angle between the dichlorophenyl ring and the naphthyl system is 85.30 ( 13) . An intramolecular N-HΓ Γ ΓCl hydrogen bond is observed.
