Abstract

Ausgehend von D‐Ribose (als Derivat 3) und 5‐Bromuracil wird über sieben Stufen Pseudouridin__C__[5‐(β‐D‐Ribofuranosyl)uracil, 6b] in einer Gesamtausbeute von 9% (bezogen auf 5‐Bromuracil) dargestellt. Die Pseudouridine A~F~, A~S~ (5a, b) und B (6a) werden daneben in einer Ausbeute von zusammen rund 30% erhalten.
