✦ Synopsis

Abstract

Die Darstellung einer Reihe von neuen 1H‐Pyrazolo[3,4‐b]‐pyridin‐5‐ketonen wird beschrieben. In einer modifizierten Gould‐Jacobs‐Reaktion dienen dabei die 5‐Aminopyrazole 4 und Aethoxymethylen‐β‐keto‐ester 3 als Ausgangsverbindungen. Sind die Ketoester 1 schlecht zugänglich, wird die Synthese der Ketone nach der Cadmium‐Grignard‐Methode durchgeführt.

## Abstract While 3(5)‐aminopyrazole reacts with enaminonitrile to yield pyrazolo[1,5‐__a__]pyrimidines, 3‐amino‐5‐pyrazolone reacts with the same reagents to yields pyrazolo[3,4‐__b__]pyridines.
