Methyl‐2‐alkylamino‐ oder Methyl‐2‐arylamino‐2‐(2‐arylhydrazono)acetate 1 reagieren mit Thionylchlorid ohne Basenzusatz zu 5‐Alkyl‐ oder 5‐Aryl‐4‐methoxycarbonyl‐2,5‐dihydro‐1,2,3,5‐thiatriazol‐1‐oxiden 3. Mit Alkylphosphonsäuredichloriden und 2 mol Triethylamin setzt sich 1 zu 3,4‐Dialkyl‐2‐aryl‐5‐methoxycarbonyl‐3,4‐dihydro‐2__H__‐1,2,4,3‐triazaphospol‐3‐oxiden 4 um.
