Abstract

Die Synthese von [β‐Ala^1^, Lys^17^]Corticotropin‐(1–17)‐heptadecapeptid‐4‐amino‐n‐butyl‐amid wird beschrieben. Dieses Peptid besitzt trotz seiner geringen Kettenlänge eine weit höhere biologische Wirkung als das natürliche Hormon.
