✦ Synopsis

Abstract

Die Synthese des Naturstoffes Mollugin (1) aus I,4‐Dihydroxy‐2‐naphthalincarbonsäure (2) und 3‐Chlor‐3‐methyl‐1 ‐butin (3) wird beschrieben. Das Zwischenprodukt Molluginsäure (4) wird mit Diazomethan verestert. Die Struktur des im Sauren entstehenden dimeren Mollugins 7 wird diskutiert.
