Transdermal transport of insulin and extraction of interstitial glucose under anodal iontophoresis (electroosmosis) following electroporation in the presence of 1,2-dimyristoylphophatidylserine (DMPS) was studied. An earlier study showed that DMPS increased the transport of insulin across porcine ep
