Plasmon wave versus dielectric waveguidi
✍ O. Parriaux; G. Voirin 📂 Article 📅 1990 🏛 Elsevier Science 🌐 English ⚖ 322 KB

Electromagnetic considerations suggest that plasmon waveguiding is well suited to fluorescence sensing due to its high field strength at the metaldielectric interface and that dielectric waveguiding is better suited to long interaction length sensing, wavegnided routing and signal pre-processing. ✍ Haofei Shi; Xingzhan Wei; Zeyu Zhao; Xiaochun Dong; Yueguang Lu; Chunlei Du 📂 Article 📅 2010 🏛 John Wiley and Sons 🌐 English ⚖ 913 KB

## Abstract In this letter, a surface wave antenna based on the excitation of spoof surface plasmon mode at microwave frequency is proposed and demonstrated experimentally to effectively modulate the far field radiation, by integrating with one‐dimensional subwavelength periodic corrugated grooves.
