## Abstract Cultured mouse myeloma cells grow in suspension and synthesize and secrete large amounts of immunoglobulin. Mouse myeloma cells which attach to a plastic substratum have been obtained by mutagenesis and subsequent selection. Normal mouse myeloma cells will also attach to plastic tissue
