A series of solid solutions containing CO3 groups, (CyCul\_y)(Srl \_z/2Caz/2)2(Y1 \_xCax\_zSrz)Cu20 d with 0.30<x <0.70, was prepared at 1313 K under the atmosphere of 02-4202. The values ofy (0.48-0.67) and z (0.14--0.28) depend on the total Ca content, x. The length of the a-axis increases from 3.

Samples of nominal composition (Pbt\_xVx)Sr2(Cat\_zY,)Cu20~\_6 (0.1 <x<0.7, 0<z< 1 ) synthesised at 950ยฐC in air were investigated. None of the as-prepared samples and of the samples post-treated in oxygen was superconducting. Some of the sampies post-treated in argon at 500ยฐC exhibited superconduct
