Due to superstructural ordering of oxygen vacancies at the Cu-O chain sites in YBa2CuaOr\_6, O1 and 0II phases are formed corresponding to the T¢ around 90 K and 60 K. The nature of fluctuations including the pair breaking effects, change in interlayer couplings and other parameters have been studie
