Colonic perforation related to lymphoma is rare. In the series of Ehrlich et al. [1] of 157 cases of gastrointestinal lymphoma that came to autopsy, 16 suffered intestinal perforations; none occurred in the colon. A further five patients suffered perforations related to treatment. Although colonic l
