We propose a simple and fast fiber grating model for the analysis and synthesis of 1-D photonic bandgap structures consisting of circles etched in the ground plane of microstrip lines. The relationship between the parameters of the photonic bandgap structure and those for an equi¨alent fiber Bragg g

✦ Synopsis
When the center frequency of a microwa¨e pulse is tuned ( ) across the spectral range of a photonic bandgap PBG structure implemented in microstrip technology, the group delay introduced ¨aries widely from high ¨alues to strikingly small ¨alues that gi¨e rise to superluminal propagation effects. In this paper, we explore this phenomenon, showing that the same beha¨ior as for optical PBG de¨ices is achie¨ed. ᮊ 1999

Proton-proton cross-relaxation rates have been measured for the trisaccharide beta-D-Glcp-(l --> 2)[beta-D-Glcp-(1 --> 3)]alpha-D-Glcp-OMe in D2O as well as in D2O/[D6]DMSO 7:3 solution at 30 degrees C by means of one-dimensional NMR pulsed field gradient 1H,1H NOESY and TROESY experiments.
