## Solubilization of aromatics in aqueous bile salts was studied by two-dimensional (2D) nuclear Overhauser enhancement spectroscopy (NOESY) for three model systems: benzene, anisole and veratrole solubilized in aqueous sodium cholate. The observed intra-and inter-molecular cross-relaxation proper
