โฆ Synopsis
This paper reports results of experiments studying heat transfer and the influence of non condensibles and tube bundle wetting on heat transfer in MES in the "above atmospheric" range. Furthermore, the influence of evaporator design (tube bundle geometry) on losses of thermal driving force is discussed.

## Abstract The effect of moisture level and lying time on the milling behaviour of a number of Australian wheat varieties was investigated. Significant differences were noted in the time required to reach optimum milling performance and this was also dependent on the level of water addition. Possi
