Comparisons of findings are made with those of Lowne for Calliphora, Wahl for Eristalis, Simms for Hylemyia, Dufour for Sarcophaga, Wandolleck for Platycephala, TrΓ€gΓ₯rdh for Ephydra, and De Meijere for Lonchoptera.
