Abstract
Studies of dislocations in single crystals of AluminiumβYttrium Garnet (YAG). Description is given to the distribution of the average density of dislocations in YAG crystals grown by Czochralski'S method. Effect of various growth factors on the structural perfection of crystals is determined. Certain methods of improving crystal quality are discussed.
