✦ Synopsis
Professor Max Schmidt zum 75. Geburtstag gewidmet Pseudohalogeno Metal Compounds. LXXVII [1] Structure of Hexafulminatocobaltate(III), [Co(CNO) 6 ] 3± Abstract. In the crystal of [AsPh 4 ] 3 [Co(CNO) 6 ] the hexafulminatocobaltate(III) anion forms an ideal octahedron with linear CºN±O ligands and with relatively short cobalt-carbon bonds (Co±C 191 pm). In the crystal the [AsPh 4 ] + cations ªdiluteº the energy rich anions.

The reaction of [Fe(CO) 4 (HgCl) 2 ] with PhTeSiMe 3 leads to the formation of red needles. [Fe 6 (CO) 12 (TePh) 12 ] was characterised by single crystal x-ray structure analysis. In this compound each iron atom is coordinated octahedrally by four l 2 -TePh groups and two terminal CO groups. The iro
