β¦ Synopsis
The effect of w/c, compaction pressure and curing time on the initial and total porosity and pore size distribution, form of hydration products, and morphology of the high-pressure compacted cement paste is discussed.

The electrical conductivity of cement-and clinker mineral pastes was measured during setting and hardening. Conductograms give interesting and structurally important data on the beginning period of cement hydration. The electrical conductivity of cement-and clinker mineral pastes can be measured e
This paper presents the results of an experimental investigation of pore structure development of expansive cement paste as a function of expansion strain and curing time. The expansion strain, bulk density, dynamic modulus, and evaporable water content of paste specimens were monitored periodically
This report describes our efforts to analyze cement pastes for triethanolamine. This analysis can be efficiently accomplished after short hydration times (ca. 3 min. ) by gas chromatography or infrared spectroscopy. Only trace amounts of the amine are detected, however, after 24 hours of hydration.
The time-dependent behavior of viscosity of clinker pastes was studied with a coaxial cylinder type viscometer. In order to characterize the flow behavior of cement pastes, the flow curve obtained by the minimum values of shear stresses at different shear rates was proposed. Two types of time depe
