โฆ Synopsis
The sol-gel transition of atactic polystyrene in carbon disulfide has been studied using neutron scattering. The measurements were performed in classical and selective experimental conditions.
All data are taken in the concentration regime from dilute to semidilute over a wide temperature range from 170 to 300 K. Based on the results obtained, the molecular mechanism on the sol-gel transition of the present system is discussed.
