## Abstract Respective utilities of the fresh and frozen (after a 10‐month storage at βˆ’21 Β°C) krill for precipitate production by means of partial autoproteolysis within 10–60 Β°C were compared. The highest yield of the precipitate was found at about 20 Β°C, regardless of the raw material used, altho
