## Abstract A series of (ยฑ)โ€3โ€arylโ€1โ€azabicyclo[2.2.2]octanโ€3โ€ols were synthesized and studied by ^1^H, ^13^C and 2D NMR spectroscopy, and the crystal structure of (ยฑ)โ€3โ€(4โ€methylphenyl)โ€1โ€azabicyclo[2.2.2]octanโ€3โ€ol was determined by Xโ€ray diffraction.
