The Stated Meeting for the month of March convened in the Lecture Hall of The Franklin Institute Wednesday the fifteenth at eight-fifteen o'clock. There were about 225 people in attendance.

The President invited attention to the fact that the meeting was a bit early in the month and therefore members had not received their JOURNAL which contained the minutes of the previous meeting. He suggested that
