Abstract
A patient was treated with radiation therapy to the right hemiabdomen for a large cavernous hemangioma of the liver. Twenty years later, a squamous cell carcinoma of the right renal pelvis was diagnosed. The occurence of such a tumor as a late complication of irradiation has not been described before.
