s KSB is set to acquire the Dutch pump manufacturing company DP Industries BV based in Alphen a/d Rijn. Under an agreement to be signed in mid-May, the Dutch company, which has 280 employees, will be turned into a KSB Group sheet metal competence centre. KSB is aiming to strengthen its position in
