s KSB is set to acquire the Dutch pump manufacturing company DP Industries BV based in Alphen a/d Rijn.

Under an agreement to be signed in mid-May, the Dutch company, which has 280 employees, will be turned into a KSB Group sheet metal competence centre. KSB is aiming to strengthen its position in the sheet steel and stainless sheet steel pump markets, selling DP Industries products worldwide.

Specializing in the production of stainless steel pumps, Duijvelaar Pompen (DP) manufactures vertical pumps, booster sets and tailor made turnkey projects for water management. DP Pumps is both ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certified.
